Thank you. That helps.
Step 1 of 7
We watched his video and wrote the plan.

1He arrives, and “selling your home” hits the screen.
2A card grows beside him and the price rolls in.
3Two bars fill: what sold, against what is for sale.
4A circle is drawn round the new listings, then this year against ten.
5Real homes for sale slide past behind him.
6His last words arrive one by one, then his card.
We drew every piece once, so the next film can use it again.

We put every number on the word he says it.

0:00If you're thinking about selling your home in the Fraser Valley,
0:03The benchmark price dropped again to $877,600, down 0.8% from June.
0:09Only 1,089 homes sold in July,
0:11while more than 10,000 homes were still available for sale.
0:14That kept the sales to active listings ratio at 11%,
0:18which means we're still in a buyer's market.
0:20Detached homes took an average of 40 days to sell.
0:23Townhomes also took 40 days and condos 46 days.
0:27There is one encouraging sign for the sellers.
0:29New listings dropped 14% from June.
0:32But before we get too excited,
0:34inventory is still 32% above the 10-year seasonal average.
0:38So yes, homes are selling,
0:40but buyers have the luxury of comparing
0:42your home against a lot of competition.
0:44In this market,
0:45pricing high just to see what happens can
0:48end up costing you valuable time and money.
0:51Price it properly, present it well,
0:53and have a strategy that matches the market you're actually selling in,
0:57not the one you wish you were selling in.

We looked at every frame before we sent it.

No blank frames.
Every word he says is captioned.
Nothing ever covers his face.
Every figure matched to the board’s own package.
The film comes out the same every time we build it.
Sound at the level every platform expects.
The old graphics gone, with nothing left behind.
His card sits inside the clear area every app leaves.
It got better each time. Nothing was filmed again.

Presenter footage from Woodhouse Realty’s own video, background removed. The original is supplied beside the film.
The legal line on his card is a placeholder until Sadaf confirms the wording.
A clean camera master, with no captions burned in, gives him his hands back.
Please check the nineteen homes are still for sale.
